Mr. Martin-Sturmey has over 10 years of experience in developing generation, distribution and transmission plans, asset condition assessments, risk assessments, performance evaluations, metrics development, utility asset management strategy and framework reviews. Kurtis has extensive experience in the development of load and capacity forecasting analyses and plans.

He is an expert at developing health index methodologies and asset condition
assessment reports and has written several best practice guides on condition-based and risk-based frameworks. Kurtis focuses not only on capital investment planning but also optimization of reactive and preventative maintenance programs. Kurtis has led the development of asset management KPIs applicable to generation asset owners across the industry with a focus on asset management operational KPIs and asset management practice effectiveness. Kurtis has also led numerous maintenance optimization projects for G&T&D utility clients across Canada and the US.
