Kyle Marshall

Kyle Marshall, PE is a Structural Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Supervisor for San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) and possesses over 9 years of experience in structural analysis of components related to energy infrastructure, including nuclear plants, hydroelectric dams, and transmission and distribution facilities. At SDG&E, he was a leader within the Fire Risk Mitigation Program, which focuses on hardening distribution facilities in fire-prone regions of San Diego. Currently, he works in QA/QC of design and engineering of distribution facilities throughout San Diego County. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (BS) and University of California, Davis (MS), Kyle specialized in finite element analysis, fatigue, and fracture mechanics of metallic structures. In addition, Kyle is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California.
