Laura Lemke

I lead the development of long-term strategy for the utility, working closely with the District’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT). I develop and manage a strategic planning approach and process that translates long-term strategy into actionable and quantitative plans. As part of that work, I ensure appropriate reporting and metrics are in place to measure performance and progress toward our strategic goals and objectives.

Prior to this role I was the analytics lead for the District’s Analytics + Information Management team and a principal analyst in Energy Efficiency Planning & Evaluation. Before joining the District I worked in marketing, research, and product development in the masonry, architecture, and technology industries. I grew up just outside Minneapolis, MN and have a BS in Business – Marketing from the University of Utah.
