Lisa Imondi

In Lisa’s leading role, she devises strategies to facilitate sustainable growth. Her ability to forge stakeholder and leadership alignment to create business value not only earns applause but makes her an invaluable asset to the Mosaic team. Her education and 25+ years in the industry prove she is dedicated to the work. She is Prosci-certified in change management, formally trained in Balanced Scorecard development and implementation, built upon a B.S. and master’s degree in Business Administration.

Lisa is a top performer in and out of the office. When she is not bringing innovation and organizational change management to the stage in her work, she spends time as a singer/songerwriter in her hometown, Cleveland, Ohio were she shares a house on the shores of Lake Eris with her husband and dog.
