Lucas Tasa

Lucas is a Director in KPMG’s Customer Advisory practice, which focuses on Customer Experience, Connected Enterprise, marketing, sales and service transformation. He works with KPMG clients to frame and deliver customer experience (CX) transformation for complex and diverse organizations and is the CX Lead for utilities in the US. Lucas’ experience utilizes CX transformation to significantly increase customer retention and acquisition while reducing operating costs and creating lifetime value for clients. Prior to his role at KPMG he held multiple leadership positions in digital and advertising agencies. An avid golfer he makes his home in Austin, TX (where he gets to golf year ‘round!) with his wife Tracy and their two children Mia and Chase
