Madison has a MA in Education (Instructional Design and Adult Learning), certifications in Change Management (Prosci), Computer Programming and Mediation and a BS in Microbiology. As a Senior HR Analyst in Learning and Development she facilitates leadership and team building workshops and supports employee development using job-specific competencies. She has over 20 years of training and facilitation experience in different functional areas (Technology, Organizational Change Management, Customer Services and Information Management) and finds learning is most valuable when it supports or advances business outcomes. In 2014 she published an article in Training Industry Magazine about the importance of learning application for behavior change that delivers business impact.
