His core area of expertise is business transformation through target operating model re-design and strategic cost optimization from strategy to execution.
He is a subject matter professional for Intelligent Automation and is well versed with Lean Six Sigma, ITIL service lifecycle and project management methodologies. He has led multiple business initiatives to help clients transform various functions including Finance and Accounting (F&A), Customer Organizations, Contact Centers, HR and Payroll.
