Marcia Isbell

Marcia Isbell is a seasoned change practitioner with over twenty-five years partnering with utilities to effectively integrate changes and transform performance. As Enterprise Change Process Leader for UNS Energy, she works with large-scale initiative teams to appropriately plan and implement around two mutually important goals: realizing the identified benefits while ensuring people are successfully integrating the change. To achieve results for both goals, leaders use a methodology introduced by Marcia that considers the four quadrants of mindset, behavior, culture and systems as integral to planning every change.
