Mari Becker

Mari’s team develops PG&E’s annual enterprise budget and reports actual and forecasted financial performance to senior leadership and the Board of Directors. Prior to this role Mari worked for PG&E in Corporate Finance, raising over $7 billion of long-term capital for the company, contributing to financial regulatory proceedings, and managing rating agency and bank relationships. She has also worked for PG&E in Corporate Strategy and Development, investing in the distributed solar space. She started her career as an economic consultant providing economic and financial analysis at a leading U.S. litigation consulting firm. Mari received her BA in Economics from Stanford University and MBA from Harvard Business School. She enjoys travel, cooking, and chasing after her two young daughters.
