My name is Maria Morales and have worked in the utility industry for 23 years. I started my career at APS as customer service agent and worked my way throughout the organization in key roles. During my tenure at APS I’ve been part of various critical projects that have helped to shape the current landscape of the organization. My projects include, AMI metering implementation, SOX audit compliance, advanced distribution automation implementation (ADMS) with an emphasis in reliability analysis and now supervising customer service operations. I have a passion for improving all aspects of customer experience by utilizing a lean approach in our enhancements.
