Mark Bielecki

Mark Bielecki is an associate director in Navigant’s Energy practice. He has ten years of experience in the energy industry, and currently holds lead managing roles for Navigant’s demand-side engagements with several utility clients. He has experience designing and evaluating customer programs, engaging with stakeholders, conducting technical field studies, and supporting utility clients to achieve compliance with regulatory directives. Mark has contributed project management, technical analysis, market research, and detailed reporting for a broad range of energy efficiency, demand response, and renewable energy projects.

Bielecki’s work has included engagements with utilities, private entities, and the Department of Energy. During his tenure with Navigant and prior graduate research experience with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory, he has developed a strong working knowledge of the challenges and opportunities related to the evolving market for distributed energy resources and demand-side load management. Bielecki is a member of Navigant’s engineering leadership team, where he helps facilitate idea sharing and innovative problem solving across Navigant’s technical staff.
