Mark Fouts

Mark Fouts is with Chugach Electric Association in Anchorage, Alaska. He started as a generation Planning Engineer and moved up to Manager of the Corporate Planning and Analysis department. He managed resource, business and strategic planning. His next assignment was negotiating long-term natural gas supply agreements, and creating a gas scheduling department. His current role is the Executive Manager of Fuel and Corporate Planning. In this role he is focused on securing long-term natural gas supplies and creating a joint dispatch process among the local electric utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Alaska.
