Mark Tucker

Mr. Tucker has 21 years of demonstrated success in regulatory permitting, wetland science, habitat restoration, mitigation banking, and threatened and endangered species surveys as well as specialized training in statistics, mathematical ecology and functional assessment skills including training in CRAM and the HGM approach. He has been responsible for the implementation, schedule and maintenance of large-scale biological surveys and mitigation monitoring and reporting efforts. Mr. Tucker has designed award-winning research, restoration, and teaching projects and is a long-standing Board member of the California Society of Ecological Restoration (SERCAL), including two terms as President. He co-teaches the Wetland Training Institute’s Arid West Riparian Restoration Course and regularly presents at conferences and seminars throughout the Country. Mr. Tucker is a former Corps Regulatory Project Manager and Burns & McDonnell’s National Technical Leader for Wetland Restoration.
