Martha Feeback

Martha Feeback is the Senior Director, Account Services, for Catalyst. Catalyst helps business leaders leverage all talent in their workforce to produce stronger results. Today, Catalyst is the leading nonprofit research organization working globally to expand opportunities for women and business. The Catalyst Annual Award recognizes organizations outstanding achievements in the areas of diversity and inclusion.

Martha is responsible for helping member organizations engage in diversity initiatives to drive innovation and employee engagement. She helps raise the awareness of unconscious biases in the workplace through research, actionable programs, and workshops. As a public speaker, Martha’s area of expertise at Catalyst involves unconscious bias, barriers to advancement of women in the workplace, engaging men in gender initiatives, and inclusive leadership.

Martha’s prior work experience includes a strong background in Consumer Products and Corporate Marketing with The Coca-Cola Company, Tele-Communications Inc., and Procter and Gamble. Martha earned her B.S. in Business from Miami University in Ohio and her MBA from the University of Washington.
