Matthew Mullineaux

Matt Mullineaux is the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager in Medford, Oregon for Avista Utilities and has 18 years of experience in the utility business. Matt has held several positions including, GIS Editor, Gas Dispatcher, Compliance Technician, Customer Project Coordinator and Assistant Operations Manager. Matt currently manages auditors in Washington, Idaho and Oregon to ensure Avista Gas Standards are being followed. Matt is married to his wonderful wife Tracey and they have a daughter named Addysen who is 10 years old.
