Matt Sanders

Matt Sanders is a Principal for the Distribution Integrity Management Program with over 17 years of experience at PG&E. During his time at PG&E, Matt has held key positions in both Gas and Electric operations in the areas of Program and Project Management, General Construction, Corrective Action Program, Investment Planning, and Integrity Management. In his current role, Matt provides critical asset management oversight and support for the Distribution Mains and Services and Customer Connected Equipment Asset Family, consisting of over 43,700 miles of distribution pipe and 4.7 million natural gas meters.

Matt holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo, California and holds certificates in Asset Management and Project Management from the Institute of Asset Management and the Project Management Institute, respectively.
