Megan Loy

Megan Loy is an Operations Policy Specialist at Montana-Dakota Utilities Company. She began her career in the gas industry as a technical writer and facilitated the resurgence of the Management of Change (MOC) program for Cascade Natural Gas Corporation. Megan played an instrumental role in developing and coordinating the MOC program across an 8-state platform following the integration of three utility brands. She enjoys seeing the program evolve and implementing new ways to effectively communicate change to promote pipeline safety.
