Since joining Active Telesource in 2012 Melody Adams has held many positions, all supporting Customer Care. She began working on an Electric Utility project in supporting a large conversion of their CIS and other systems. Melody became a Floor Lead in 2013 and began assisting agents with their questions regarding Customer Care as well as helping with new agent development. In 2016 Melody transitioned to a new project for a Gas Utility and continued in her same role as a Floor Lead. In early 2017 Melody began assisting in the training department, to ultimately take over the Lead Training duties in 2018. She works as a Trainer for half of her time and assists customers by working on the phones with her remaining time. Melody has always been very connected to her work and to her customers and loves being able to help bridge that gap.
