Over 40 years of highly diverse experience working for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company on the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS). The last 25 years have been focused on Quality and Compliance related functions.

Accountable for development and implementation of Alyeska’s new risk-based quality management system (TAPS Framework for Excellence – TFX) that complies with the requirements of API’s RP1173 Pipeline Safety Management System standard.

Accountable for numerous TAPS quality related programs and processes, including TFX Governance, Quality Assurance Program, Vendor Qualification Process, Assessment Process, Lessons Learned Process, Incident Investigation Process and High Learning Value Event (HLVE) Bulletins.
