Mike has over 30 years of experience managing many aspects of business operations supporting resource development and utility markets, including supervising professional, technical, and craft personnel. Over the past 14 years Mike has managed engineering, procurement and construction projects, programs and portfolios in the gas utility markets, upstream and midstream oil and gas markets, and other work. Mike brings a unique perspective on providing clients with excellence in service having spent years as a small business owner.

Mike is responsible for providing oversight, forecasting, business planning, and resource management for numerous business entities with Jacobs Engineering Group. His projects include greenfield and brownfield projects ranging from $100,000 to $500 million. Mike has experience in managing resources including recruitment, retention, and staff balancing to align with corporate allocations, overhead costs and gross margins to meet forecasted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial targets.
