Mike recently joined Scope and is accountable for all elements of Scope’s Information Technology landscape, including Infrastructure Operations, Application maintenance and lifecycle support and Information Security and Compliance. Mike is responsible for developing and implementing innovative IT solutions for Scope Services and her clients. Prior to assuming the current role, Mike managed Whirlpool Corporation’s Engineering and Internet of Things (IOT) IT Operations and Support organizations; responsible for providing around the clock support to over 15,000 employees and 250,000 consumers globally. In this position, Mike led Whirlpool’s Agile, DevOps and Cloud transformations. Over his 20+ year career, which included 20 years in the United States Navy, Mike has held leadership positions in Business Transformation, Operations and Logistics, Synthetic Training and Technologies, Strategic and Operational Planning, and Government and International Operations. Mike holds a degree in Civil Engineering along with a MS in Operations Research and MA in Operational Planning. He holds the following certifications; Project Management Professional (PMP) and Black Belt Certified Professional.
