Michelle Roth

Michelle Roth is an Employee Development Advisor for SoCalGas. Within the Organizational Effectiveness group, she is responsible for leadership development, training, consultation, facilitation, and metrics.
Roth has a master’s of science in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
