Moira Smith

Moira Smith is Vice President and General Counsel of ENSTAR Natural Gas Company. Born in Anchorage and raised in Juneau, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.

She has been with ENSTAR since 2012 and oversees all legal, IT, communications, customer service, and credit work of the utility, while working as a key executive partner on all regulatory and gas supply matters.

Prior to joining ENSTAR, Moira was an attorney with Ashburn & Mason.
