Natalie Centeno

Natalie Centeno is a Quality Assurance Specialist for Southern California Gas Co. She began her career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative and has worked in several departments including High Bill Investigation and Advance Meter departments. Currently, Natalie supports the Customer Contact Center by analyzing call data, identifying call trends and providing insight and implementable ideas to improve daily operations. She recently passed her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam and is working on her first project.
