Nathan Marr is a long tenured utility professional. Educated in Power Plant Technology and Business Management he has over 20 years of leadership, operational knowledge, grid reliability, project management, business development, and strategic planning. Starting out as a principal engineer/project manager for Erin Engineering, he established predictive and preventive maintenance programs for nuclear and fossil plants around the world. Nathan operated the power grid for Conectiv Energy and PJM prior to joining APS as a trainer. He is well versed in grid operation (generation, distribution, and transmission), operations training, energy markets and trading among several other areas in the electoral utility industry. Most recently he established the training program for APS operations that received a noteworthy acknowledgement form and NATF Peer review.
