Nicole has been with New Mexico Gas Company since 2010. She is responsible for and oversees all legal matters, including compliance and ethics, contracting, human resources, risk management, customer service, and operations; she also oversees all regulatory aspects of the company.

Nicole has a B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in Business Management and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin. Before joining NMGC, she practiced law in bankruptcy, commercial law and energy industry matters and served as General Counsel of an insurance and financial services agency and Chief Compliance Officer of its affiliated broker dealer.
