Pati Silva

As Business Improvement Manager for Customer Connect, Pati was in charge of process improvement projects that would drive efficiency and improve customer service related to Customer Connections, particularly connections that do not require other work than a straight connection from existing infrastructure (Express Connections). In this role, she was the business lead for the Express Connect Web Enablement project, responsible for moving Electrical Contractors and Customers away from the phones, faxes and emails, to the web.
She has recently transitioned into a new role as Resource Strategy and Management Planning Specialist in which she is responsible for building strategies for critical resources in order to ensure the timely delivery capital projects. Pati holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Peru, her home country, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
