Patrick McConahay

Patrick McConahay is an Engineering Manager at Southern California Edison. He is responsible for managing a team of engineers and technical specialists charged with the long term planning & operational support of the distribution grid for Edison’s Rurals Region, covering approximately 35,000 sq. miles of SCE’s territory. Patrick oversees the integration of small & large scale load and generation projects, including pilot & grid modernization technologies for the area. Patrick is currently leading multiple efforts to incorporate over 800MW of cultivation load onto SCE’s grid. Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis in Power Systems from San Diego State University.
