Patti Rafish

Patti Rafish is the Joint Use and Joint Trench Coordinator for Northwestern Energy Montana/ South Dakota and is based in Butte, Montana. She is responsible for coordinating all Joint Use contracts, applications, engineering, make ready work required and NESC compliance.

Patti has 32 years of Utility experience that includes Energy Conservation, Market Research and Joint Use and Joint Trench. Patti graduated from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology. And plans to Retire in January 2023!
