Paul Viggiano

Mr. Viggiano has extensive experience in the commercial power industry managing complex infrastructure projects. Mr. Viggiano has unique expertise in program and project management, construction management, business operations including earned value management, fixed and incentive fee contracting and administration, continuous quality improvement using a lessons learned approach, business development, marketing, technical writing, as well as media and community relations.

Mr. Viggiano joined Henkels & McCoy, Inc in April of 2005 as Director of Project Management for the Western Region. During the past 10 plus years, Paul was instrumental in developing and rolling out the evolving PM culture at the company, and later focused on numerous EPC proposal efforts in Canada on behalf of the company. He later managed H&M’s Canadian Operations for several years while overseeing offices in Abbotsford and Kelowna, BC and later the 66 km, double circuit, triple bundle 500 kV Heartland Project in Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Most recently Paul led a project team to plan, execute and deliver a $70M double circuit, double bundle 500 kV Transmission Line for the Techachapi Renewable Transmission Project a Southern California Edison project.

Prior to working for Henkels & McCoy, Paul worked for various Duke Energy affiliate companies. From 2002 through 2005, he led the company’s efforts on the Bonneville Power Administration Transmission Line Furnish and Install Program, a $142M, 500 kV transmission line build out. Henkels & McCoy was Duke Energy’s constructor on this BPA program. With more than 30 years of commercial power industry and Department of Energy experience, Paul has vast expertise in program and project management, construction management, business operations including earned value management, change management, fixed and incentive fee contracting and administration, continuous quality improvement, business development, technical writing, and media and community relations.
