Peggy Blowers

Peggy is currently the Manager of Asset Management for Avista Utilities. Prior to this role, Peggy was the Manager of Organizational Change Management, leading organizational change and readiness efforts for Avista enterprise-wide software implementations, including a new customer care and billing system, new workplace management system, and advanced metering. Peggy joined Avista in 2011 as a Change Management Specialist. Before joining Avista, Peggy held leadership positions in operations, supply chain, and learning and development at General Dynamics and Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies. She was also a Project Manager for Providence Health and Services. She has a Management and Economics degree from Eastern Washington University. Peggy is active in the disability community, and is on the Board of Directors for the Arc of Washington State, and the President of the Board of Directors for the Arc of Spokane.
