Randy Grass

Randy Grass is an experienced engineer and project manager for power delivery projects. His project management experience includes transmission, substation and distribution projects. He is responsible for the Project Management Division, which includes project management, business development, marketing and proposal development, and project services. Randy previously served on POWER’s Board of Directors for six years and is currently the chairperson for the ownership transition committee, reporting to the Board. Randy has served in various positions at POWER from project engineer, project manager, department manager, business unit director and is currently senior vice president. Randy provides a direct link from the client to POWER’s corporate management. Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and completed the Wharton School Advanced Management Program. He is a registered professional engineer in several states.
