Reagan Brown

Reagan currently leads the HR Workforce Insights team at Southern California Edison, which includes both HR Information Systems, Research & Analytics & Workforce Planning. He has been working in the HR Insights and Organizational Design space for about 12 years, previously at Hulu and the Walt Disney Company. Reagan’s areas of expertise include Workforce Planning, Data Research, Predictive Analytics, Survey Analysis & Storytelling. He is enjoying being a part of the utility industry and is eager to lend his voice to the future of Workforce Insights.
