Rick Stark

Rick graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S.E.E. in 1991 and started his engineering career as a consultant at CSHQA, an architectural and engineering firm in Boise, Idaho. He worked at CSHQA for nearly 17 years and acquired his professional engineering license in 1998. Rick took a job with Stanley Consultants in Minneapolis, Minnesota to broaden his work experience, but returned to Boise after one year. Rick joined the Methods and Materials group at Idaho Power in 2011 and is currently responsible for the underground distribution products. He also serves as the Power Provider Representative on the Idaho State Electrical Board.
