Robert Berardi

Rob is currently the Vice President of Shared Services at Hydro One Networks Inc., a subsidiary of Hydro One Inc. the largest Electricity transmission and distribution company in Ontario.
Rob is accountable for providing services for Hydro One Lines of Business throughout Ontario, including Facilities & Real Estate, Transportation & Work Equipment, Supply Chain and Helicopter Services. The Shared Services mission is to deliver services that enable the business to achieve operational excellence by creating value through innovative solutions and exceptional customer services. The focus is on continuous improvement to reduce costs, improve service, improve safety and increase value to customers and shareholders.
Rob joined Hydro One (then Ontario Hydro) in 1989 and has 30 years of broad experience within the Company. Between 2014 to 2017 Rob was the Director, Supply Chain. Prior to that Rob was the Director, Management Accounting & Reporting in Finance between 2009 to 2013.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University and holds an Accounting Designation, Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.
Hobbies: Rob enjoys home renovations, playing hockey and golf.
