Rob Ramos

Rob Ramos is Section Leader of the Claims Organization within SCE’s Law Department. He is responsible for the handling of claims against SCE as well as the pursuit for recovery of damages to SCE facilities caused by other parties. He has over 20 years of claims experience specializing in the investigation, negotiation, and litigation of liability claims.

Ramos, who has been a Claims Manager since 2002, currently serves as Director of Risk & Claims Management. Ramos joined the Company in 1997 as a Field Claims Representative handling the investigation and resolution of liability claims against the Company, including electrical contact and fire-related claims. His current title reflects recognition that his responsibilities increasingly include not only third-party liability claims but also the broader regulatory risks that can be associated with incidents on our electric system.

Rob earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business at the University of Southern California. He also obtained his Real Estate License (currently inactive) and is an active member of California Conference of Arson Investigators (CCAI).
