Robert is one of the creators of the Ringorang microlearning software, which was co-developed for the energy industry by the U.S. DOE, NV Energy and DTE Energy. The software was included in multiple clinical trials proving that it changed energy customer behavior. Robert went on to apply Ringorang to workforce development for Sempra Energy, VEIC, AEP Texas, Puget Sound Energy, Arizona Public Service and Glendale Water & Power. In these efforts, Robert innovated Ringorang’s approach to workforce performance with the ASK Methodology (Attitudes, Skills and Knowledge). He now supports Fortune 50 tech companies in their use of Ringorang to transform how workforces learn, perform and deliver measurable results for their organizations. Robert recently returned from Silicon Valley to his hometown of San Diego, California.
