Robert Hayder

Robert Hayder is the Manager of Distribution Portfolio at EPCOR Utilities Inc. His duties include the creation of the annual capital work plan, monitoring adherence and to facilitate decisions by senior management. Robert has 10 years of experience in the Electrical Utility industry and has advanced through several departments, from Electrical Design to Asset Management, in the pursuit of comprehensive knowledge about the utility business. He completed an Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma. He also completed both Project Management and Risk Management Certificates as well as received Lean Six Sigma training. He has contributed to various Asset Management regulatory filings, helped implement GE’s Electric Office GIS system and contributed to IFRS reporting requirements. Robert has recently been tasked with implementing the Asset Risk Management program for EPCOR Distribution Assets. He resides in Edmonton, Alberta.
