Robin Bromberg

Robin represents investor-owned electric utilities in the area of telecom law with an emphasis on pole attachment and joint use law, as well as in spent nuclear fuel litigation. Her pole attachment and joint use practice includes representation of electric utilities in contract negotiations with attachers and joint users, FCC rulemaking and complaint proceedings, and litigation in state and federal courts. She also provides day-to-day compliance counsel and advice to electric utilities regarding pole attachments and joint use. She is a founding member of Langley & Bromberg, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.
