Ryan Privratsky is the Director, System Integrity for the MDU Utilities Group companies (Cascade Natural Gas Corporation, Intermountain Gas Company, Montana Dakota Utilities, Great Plains Natural Gas). Ryan graduated from Montana State University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. After graduation he began his career in the natural gas industry with WBI Energy in Glendive, MT, as a Pipeline Engineer. As a Pipeline Engineer he was responsible for the design of new expansion and replacement pipeline projects. In 2010, Ryan moved to Washington joining Cascade Natural Gas Corporation in Kennewick, WA as an Engineer where he continued pipeline and facility design along with managing Cascade’s Transmission and Distribution Integrity Management Programs. In 2012, Ryan was promoted to Manager, Corrosion Control where he was responsible for providing leadership and supervision to company Corrosion Technicians and the operation of the company’s corrosion control systems. Then in 2017, Ryan moved into the Director, System Integrity role with direct oversight over the Transmission and Distribution Integrity Management Programs, maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) validation work, and Corrosion Control. Ryan is a registered professional engineer in the State of Washington and NACE Cathodic Protection Technologist.
