Samuel Garcia

Sam Garcia is the manager of the Natural and Cultural Resources Program at PG&E. He started his career researching the effects of pollution in the coastal wetlands of Cape Cod Massachusetts, and has worked as an environmental specialist in the energy industry both as a consultant and utility professional ever since. For the past 20 years, Sam has focused his career on the science and regulation of wetlands and endangered species.
