Sandra’s career has mostly been in Operations in the areas of Service Management, Business Controls, Project Controls and is currently leading the PMO for ENMAX Corporation. Sandra’s experience has been in publicly traded and municipal owned companies with over 20 years of progressive leadership roles in business operations. Sandra has proven leadership skills in driving operational processes, productivity, efficiency and bottom line improvements and has created and directed organizations through the implementation of a Quality Management System, Document Management System and Resource Management and Scheduling System. Sandra utilizes a leadership philosophy promoting employee participation using creative problem solving to contribute to organizational success.
