Sandra is the Digital Customer Engagement lead on SDG&E’s Envision program, where her team is focused on a multi-year program to deliver modern digital capabilities which simplify complex interactions and enhance self-service options. Over the past 12 years, she’s led strategic business efforts and digital transformation projects, including customer-facing technology implementations, self-service optimizations, energy efficiency strategic planning, and portal application migrations and upgrades. Sandra is a certified Scrum Product Owner, with Project Management certification from UC Berkeley. She is passionate about helping utilities enhance the customer experience while reducing customer effort.
