Sarah E Griffin

Sarah E. Griffin is the Vice President of Human Resources at Idaho Power Company. She has been in HR since 1995 and with Idaho Power since 2007. She currently oversees all aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, diversity/equity/inclusion, talent and organizational development, recruiting, employee engagement and succession planning. She was appointed in February 2017 by then governor Otter to the Idaho Personnel Commission and serves on various councils promoting workforce development and a diverse talent pipeline in Idaho. She is also Vice President of the Wassmuth Center for Human Rights board and on the board of The Cabin, a literary arts organization. Prior to Idaho Power, Sarah worked in various HR roles at Boise Cascade, Delta Dental of Idaho, Thoratec Corporation (Pleasanton, CA) and NPS Pharmaceuticals (Salt Lake City, UT) Sarah has her B.A. in English from the University of Utah and her MBA from Boise State University.
