Sarah Smith

Sarah Smith is the Director of Natural Gas for Transportation, Regional LNG and Renewable Gases at the FortisBC Energy Utilities. She has been with FortisBC since 2006 – previous to taking on her current portfolio, she was the Director of Conservation and Energy Management for Fortis. Sarah has been in her current portfolios since 2016, and has overseen a significant expansion in the number of CNG and LNG customers served by FortisBC, and in Renewable Gases as well as winning a number of industry awards recognizing FortisBC as a leader in low-carbon transportation. Sarah holds a Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
