Scott Anderson

Scott started out as a meter reader (electric and water) in 1990 for a small municipal utility in the Midwest. After moving to Seattle, he hired on as a meter reader with Puget Sound Energy in 1998, eventually topping out as a Meter Journeyman in 2010. Scott has been the instructor for PSE’s 2nd year meter apprentices since 2017. Just recently, after a two year training program, he became a PSE Meter Technician—programming, testing, and installing substation, generation, intertie, and MV-90 revenue metering.
