Scott Harding

Scott has been with Imperial Irrigation District for 19 years working in mostly integrated resource planning, but also in the accounting and analytics fields. Scott has been responsible for 8 Integrated Resource Plans during his time with IID, of which, resulted in more than 500 MW of new internally controlled generation from technologies such as energy storage, natural gas facilities, solar resources, geothermal resources, biomass resources and others. Scott has also lead teams in procurement of short term imported capacity/energy and gas allowing for substantial savings and reliable service to the IID system. Scott holds a Master’s degree from San Diego State University and an Energy Resource Management diploma from UC-Davis.
