Scott Nosal

Scott Nosal is an Electrical Engineer with the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). He has worked at BPA for the last 15 years, 10 of which were in the capacity of obstruction lighting and marking. He likes to spend his time with his kids and two dogs enjoying the great outdoors.
