Scott has over 20 years of experience managing projects for the City of Seattle. He has managed projects for the Seattle Department of Transportation, Seattle Public Utilities and Seattle City Light. His current role at Seattle City Light is focused on improving Project Management Practices across the organization. Over the past 5 years, Scott has developed and implemented an industry-standard Project Management Framework based on PMI fundamentals. The framework provides processes, tools, templates and resources to help Seattle City Light project managers effectively deliver projects. Scott’s latest efforts include raising visibility into project performance using Power BI to pull together data from various Seattle City Light documents and technology systems.
