Shane Stuart

Shane Stuart is the Human Resources Manager for Tillamook People’s Utility District in Tillamook, Oregon. He has been with the PUD for five years after spending the large part of the previous seven years as an HR Manager for Target stores. Shane brings a diverse background of Human Resources experience and understands the importance human resources plays in the success of the utility. His focus on employee retention, training and development, culture and engagement, and process development has helped bring success throughout his career.

Shane is a graduate of Oregon State University where he received a BA in Business Administration. He is married with two kids and enjoys sports, hunting and fishing, and spending time with family.
